Chapter One's esteemed collection of wine is housed in a bespoke glass wine cellar housed in the centre of the restaurant.
The cellar has its own temperature and humidity controls which means that all the wines are kept in perfect condition and because it is made from specially tempered glass it causes a dramatic backdrop to both the bar and the restaurant.
Our Sommelier has put together a well-balanced wine list categorising the wines by type rather than grape variety to make it very user- friendly.
In 2007 the AA awarded their prestigious 'Notable Wine List' award, awarded to less than 100 restaurants in the entire country and was a finalist in the AA Wine Award.
