Chapters All Day Dining head chef Trevor Tobin has an enviable culinary pedigree.

Formerly head chef at the iconic Chapter Two, Chapters acclaimed predecessor, Trevor helped to establish the restaurant’s reputation as a destination for fine food with a modern European slant.

Trevor’s career has included senior roles at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Lola’s in Islington and the renowned Pharmacy restaurant.

Trevor’s skills in the kitchen and his appreciation of what makes the customer happy are key to Chapters setting the standard for contemporary dining at its best and most relaxed.

Trevor has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand and three AA rosettes within four months of opening Chapters All Day Dining.
